If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, or leave a message through the chat on this website, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, number, email address, company and message. When you send a message through the website we also record your IP address, to protect the form from spam.
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, arrange a demo and, if you become a customer, provide our service. We do not sell your information.
Third parties
Messages sent on WhatsApp are handled by Meta under its own privacy policy. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and animation libraries from public content delivery networks, which receive your IP address to deliver them. Our technical team in Dubai helps run this website and our systems, so your details may be handled outside the UK.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond and follow up, unless you become a customer.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
